Activating the manual Git commit mode

Procedure

  1. On the toolbar of the Studio main window, click or click File > Edit Project Properties from the menu bar to open the Project Settings dialog box.
  2. In the tree view of the dialog box, select Git Settings to open the Git Settings view.
  3. Select the Use manual commit mode check box and click Apply and Close to apply the settings and close the the Project Settings dialog box.

Results

The manual Git commit mode is activated and the Talend Git Staging view automatically opens in the configuration area.
