Publish the sample Job created in Talend Studio to the cloud and make them available to specific or all users of Talend Cloud Management Console.

Before you begin

You have set the account authentication to the web application in the Studio.

About this task

Once your Job is published, web users can run the Job as it is in Talend Cloud Management Console, or change the parameters an execute the Task on different instances.


  1. In the Repository tree view, right-click the Job and select Publish to Cloud.
  2. In the Publish With Version field, change the version you want to publish to the cloud if needed.
    This field is automatically filled in with the highest version of the Job if several versions are available. You cannot publish a Job smaller than the latest published version shown in the Last Cloud Version field.
  3. Select a workspace from the drop-down list.
  4. Optional: Select Export Artifact Screenshot to include a screenshot of the Job.
  5. Optional: You can update the Tasks that include the previous version of the Job with the new version if you select Update corresponding Job Task.
  6. Click Finish.
    An information bar is displayed to show the progress of the deployment.
  7. Optional: Click Run in Background to continue working in the Studio while the Artifact is being published.
    A progress bar is displayed in the bottom-right corner of the Studio to show the percentage of the publishing operation completed. Click the progress bar icon to display the details in the Progress view.
  8. When the publication process is finished, click Open Job Task to open the Job in Talend Cloud Management Console.
    The Task will have the Job name.


Talend Cloud Management Console is launched and the Task opens in the Task details page, packaged and ready to be executed.
