Before you begin

You have been assigned a global role with the Application Administration capability.

Procedure

  1. Go to MANAGE > System.
  2. In the header, click the Configure icon.
  3. Define the connection to an existing database.
  4. Click Test Connection to verify the database connectivity.
    • If the connection succeeds, a success alert message displays.
    • If the connection fails, an error message displays.
  5. Click OK, then save the database connection.
  6. Restart the server for the changes to take effect.
