Launch a Remote Engine using an AMI from the AWS Website.
About this task
You have selected
Amazon Machine Image as fulfillment option and
now need to choose how to finalize the Remote Engine configuration and how to launch
it.
Procedure

Choose how to launch the EC2 instance: Launch from Website in this case.

Select an EC2 Instance Type. The default
and recommended instance type is t2.medium.

Select a VPC.
If you do not have any VPC, you must create one by clicking the
Create a VPC in EC2 link displayed
below the field.

Select a Subnet.

Select an EC2 key pair.
If you do not have any key pair, you must create one by clicking the
Create a key pair in EC2 link
displayed below the field.

Click Launch.
Results
A confirmation message is displayed with
a link to open the instance. You still need to pair the Remote Engine manually from the
instance. To do it, follow the instructions of the
Talend Remote Engine User Guide.
