If you are a first-time user of Talend Data Stewardship, you can follow a guided tour at
any level and discover the key elements and functions in the application. You can also
import a ready-to-use sample content which helps you get started very
quickly.
About this task
For this example, let's suppose that you are granted the campaign owner and data
steward roles.
Procedure

Log in to Talend Data Stewardship.
A popup window opens to welcome you proposing an onboarding tour and prompting
to import sample content.

Do one of the following:

Click NEXT to import the predefined campaigns
and data models.
Different types of campaigns are imported and listed in the
CAMPAIGNS page, campaign names are followed by
your user name. Each campaign has 20 tasks, ten tasks are already
assigned to you as a data steward while the other ten are unassigned.
Note: If you have only the campaign owner role when accessing Talend Data Stewardship for the first time,
the 20 tasks will be unassigned.
The predefined campaigns and
data models correspond to those described in Talend Data Stewardship examples.

Toggle the import of demo content to NO and
click NEXT to follow the guided tour and get
introduced to all the elements in the open page before staring using the
application.

Otherwise click SKIP to close the popup and
start using the application.

To access the guided tour and these tips any time and at any level, click your
user name on the top bar and select Guided tour.
