Customizing the display of the execution monitoring list

About this task

You can customize the view of the task execution monitoring list to restrict the number of the tasks to be displayed according to different criteria. You can also show/hide one or more columns in the execution monitoring list.

Procedure

  1. On the Execution History page, click the drop-down arrow next to any of the column names to show the list options.
  2. In the drop-down list, select:

    Item

    To...

    Sort Ascending

    Arrange the list in an ascending order.

    Sort Descending

    Arrange the list in an descending order.

    Columns

    Display a drop-down list where you can select/clear the check boxes next to the column name(s) you need to show/hide.

    Filters

    Filter the execution history information to display tasks according to criteria relative to each column.
