You can assign the workflow roles at category level.

Before you begin

  • You have signed in as a user assigned to an administrator group.
  • You have opened the development version of the glossary.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the business glossary.
  2. In the Categories tab, select a category to open its details page.
  3. Click the More actions button and select Assign Workflow Roles.
  4. Select a user and/or group from the drop-down list for each workflow role.

    You can also type in the first letters of the user or group name to find it.

  5. Click Save.
