You can access a worksheet created and shared by other users, in
read-only mode.
Before you begin
Procedure
- Go to WORKSHEETS > Manage.
- Click the Shared with Me tab.
- Select a user from the OWNER list or search for a user from the search box.
- Click the SEARCH button.

Select a worksheet in the search results and open it.
You can view the worksheet and add it to your favorites.To edit a worksheet owned by other users, you need to create a copy and save it as a new worksheet.
