Create a new user and grant him read-write authorization in VisualSVN - 7.3

1. Click Create new user... in the main window of VisualSVN.
2. Then define a user name and his password.
3. Right-click on <my_repo>.
4. Select Properties.
5. Change the default user (everyone) permissions to no access.
6. Click Add.
7. Select your user name in the list displaying and click OK.
8. Confirm that the granted permissions are read/write.
