You can use the DMG image to install Talend Studio on macOS.

Before you begin

You must download the TOS_XX-YYYYMMDD_HHmm-VA.B.C-osx-installer.dmg file from SourceForge:

Talend Open Studio for Data Integration is available only as an executable file from the Talend website.

Procedure

  1. Mount the TOS_XX-YYYYMMDD_HHmm-VA.B.C-osx-installer.dmg image.
  2. Double-click the TOS_XX-YYYYMMDD_HHmm-VA.B.C-osx-installer.app file to launch the Talend Studio Installer.
  3. If the system displays a message similar to "TOS-osx-installer" can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy on your Mac, click Open Anyway on the General tab, and then relaunch the Talend Studio Installer.
  4. Accept the License Agreement.
  5. Choose the directory where you want to install your Talend product.
  6. Launch the installation.
