Procedure

Add the new component, tMap in this example, onto
the design workspace by either dropping it from the Palette or clicking in the design workspace and typing the component
name.

Select the connection and move your mouse pointer towards the end of the
connection until the mouse pointer becomes a + symbol.

Drag the connection from the tLogRow component and drop it
onto the tMap component.

Connect the tMap component to the tLogRow using a Row > Main connection.
