If you have installed the R2021-06 Studio monthly update or a later one provided by Talend, you can configure whether to allow using recursive Jobs in tRunJob components when building Jobs.
Warning: It is not recommended to use recursive Jobs in tRunJob components, as
they are likely to cause performance issues when building Jobs.
Procedure

Select the Allow recursive jobs (Not recommended) check
box if you want to use recursive Jobs in tRunJob components.
- For a newly created project, the Allow recursive jobs (Not recommended) check box is cleared by default to avoid performance issues.
- For a project migrated from any previous version, the Allow recursive jobs (Not recommended) check box is selected by default for compatibility reasons.
