Registering a Microsoft Azure application for POP and IMAP

Procedure

Sign in to Azure portal with your Microsoft Azure user account.
Go to Azure Active Directory page by click the icon with the same title.

The Azure Active Directory page appears.

Select App registrations > New registration in the Azure Active Directory page.

The Register an application page appears.
Enter a name for the application (App for POP and IMAP in this example) in the Name field.

You can set the Supported account types and Redirect URI options as needed.
Click Register.
The App for POP and IMAP page appears, indicating that an application named App for POP and IMAP is registered. The page lists the settings of the application.
