You can create as many custom global roles as necessary.
Before you begin
Procedure
- Go to MANAGE > Global Roles.

To create a global role from scratch, click Add.
To create a global role based on an existing one, right-click a global role in the list then click Duplicate Role.

Fill in the following information:
Field Description Name Enter a name. Definition Enter a description. Capabilities Assign capabilities to the global role. You can assign capabilities associated with a Producer type such as Security Administration or a Consumer type such as Collection Customization.
Users / Groups Assign a user or group for the global role. - Click Create.
