Import object roles from a CSV file.

Before you begin

You have been assigned a global role with the Security Administration capability.

About this task

You can use as an example the format of the CSV file produced when exporting object roles.

Procedure

  1. Go to MANAGE > Object Roles.
  2. Click IMPORT.
  3. Select a file then click IMPORT.
    You can see a message with the number of roles affected.

Results

The import action produces a log. It can update and merge the existing object roles with the imported ones.
