You can review or delete the label assignments from the Manage Labels page.

By default, the All Labels view is selected and shows all labels in the repository. You can switch to the Configuration Labels view to see the labels assigned to an object in the current configuration.

You can see labels in the Labels area from the overview tab of the object pages.

Viewing labels assigned to objects in the current configuration

You have been assigned a global role with the Application Administration capability.

  1. Go to MANAGE > Labels.
  2. In the upper right corner, click Configuration Labels.

    The Configuration Labels view shows the count of the objects for each label.

Reviewing a label assignment

You have been assigned a global role with the Application Administration capability.

  1. Go to MANAGE > Labels.
  2. Double-click a label to see all the objects tagged with this label.

    A worksheet displays with the query defined to see all the tagged objects.

  3. Add the Labels column to the worksheet if you want to edit the label assignment.

Deleting a label

You have been assigned a global role with the Application Administration capability.

  1. Go to MANAGE > Labels.
  2. Right-click a label in the list.
  3. Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
