You can see the responsibilities assigned to a user on each repository
object.
You can use this feature to determine why a user does not have the ability to perform a
task that they should be able to and how to address it.
Before you begin
You have been assigned a global role
with the Security Administration capability.
Procedure

Go to .

Right-click a user from the list.

Click Show repository responsibilities.
The table displays the repository object names on the left and the related
responsibilities assigned to the user for each object on the right.

In the Repository Object Name column, expand the nodes to
display more objects.

To see the responsibilities by assigned object roles, click
Roles in the Show field.
The object roles can be assigned directly to the user or via the group
assignments.

To see the responsibilities by assigned capabilities, click
Capabilities in the Show
field.
