Proposing an object

Any user can propose an object if the Allow any User to Propose Objects option is selected when enabling the workflow.

The new object becomes a Candidate and will not be visible until it is published.

Procedure

Open the object page of the custom model or parent object.
Click the More actions menu.
Click Propose.
Select the object type you want to propose, such as a term for a glossary model.
Enter a name.
Click OK to save the new object.
