Sharing a collection

By default, a collection is defined as private. You can share it with other users with a read-only access.

Procedure

Go to COLLECTIONS > Manage.
You can also share a collection from its object page.
Open the My tab.
Select the row of a collection.
In the toolbar, click the Share icon.
From the drop-down list, select one or more user(s) and/or group(s).
Click OK to confirm you want to share the collection with the selected user(s) and/or group(s).
