AddToDateTime
Adds a value to a DateTime returning a DateTime.
Returns a DateTime value which is the input value plus some amount of years, weeks, days, etc. The DateTime returned is the actual time given the addition operation. For example, adding 10 months to 1937-08-07 results in 1938-06-07.
