Adding sample data

Create a sample file to use for testing.

Procedure

In the Data Mapper tab of the Mapping perspective, right-click Sample Data in Hierarchical Mapper and click New > File.
Select the folder in which you want to save your sample file.
If you want to create a new folder, you can append the path in the text field at the top of the dialog box.
Enter the name of the file in the File name field.
Click Finish.
An empty file is created and opens in the text editor.
Enter or paste your data in the editor and save the file.

Your sample file is created, you can use it as input data to test a map.
