In the Data Browser, open the data record for which you want to select a new
picture.
Click the icon
to open the Select Picture dialog box.
In the Select From Server tab, double-click the picture
you want to use. The Select Picture dialog box closes and
the new picture is added to your data record.
If you have a large number of pictures in your Catalog, you can use the search
box to reduce the number of images displayed.
