Issue Description
TPOPS-6439 A task is inadvertently switched back to use a previously used artifact, when the following conditions are met:
  • The auto-upgrade option is activated for this task.
  • The previously used artifact is getting published.
TPOPS-6450 After a task is moved to another workspace, the Run Overview page cannot be correctly opened for this task.

Promotion analysis fails with the following messages:
  • On the Talend Cloud Management Console web page, this message reads:
    Promotion cannot be executed. Check the analysis report for details.
  • With API, the 501 error is returned with the message reading:
