Creating a composite View

Procedure

In the MDM Repository tree view, right-click View and select New from the contextual menu.
The New View dialog box displays.

Information noteNote: As the composite View is not concerned with only one specific entity, its name does not have to follow a specific pattern as it is the case with the simple View name.
Enter a name for the new View and then click OK to close the dialog box, AgentAgency in this example.
An editor for the newly created View opens in the workspace.
Click the three-dot button next to Description to open a dialog box where you can add multilingual labels to the new View.
From the list to the left, select a language and enter the corresponding label in the field to the right.
Click the button to add the description to the Language/Label list.

Repeat the operation to add as many labels as needed and click OK to close the dialog box.

All defined labels display in the Description field.
If needed, select one option from the Order by list to configure how to sort the data records to be displayed using the View in the Talend MDM Web UI.
