This task removes the ticket with the ID of 45 .

Procedure

  1. Double-click the tFixedFlowInput component to open the Basic settings view.
    1. Click the […] button next to Edit schema, remove all the existing columns, and add this column in the schema editor: id (type Int).
      Note: Column names are case-sensitive.
    2. Click Yes when prompted.
      This propagates the schema to the tZendeskOutput component.
    3. Select the Use Single Table option.
    4. Enter 45 in the Values field of the id column.
    5. Leave the other options as they are.
  2. In the Basic settings view of the tZendeskOutput component:
    1. Select Tickets from the Selection type drop-down list.
    2. Select Delete from the Data action drop-down list.
    3. Leave the other options as they are.
  3. In the Basic settings view of the tZendeskInput component:
    1. Click the […] button next to Edit schema and add this column in addition to the existing columns in the schema editor: id, type Int.
    2. Click Yes when prompted.
      This propagates the schema to the tLogRow component.
    3. Leave the Query string field empty.
  4. Save the Job and press F6 to execute the Job.
    The ticket with the id of 45 is not displayed, indicating that it has been removed.
