Sharing an environment - Cloud

Share your environments with members of your team to use common variables in your tests.

1. In the top right corner of the window, select the environment to share in the drop-down list, then click the icon.
2. Choose the user or user group to share the project with and click the + button to the right of the name.
   Warning: If the environment you want to share was created before the sharing feature was available, all your variables are public by default. Make sure that none of the values should be changed to private before sharing the environment.
3. Once you have added all the groups and users needed, click SHARE.

Results

Your environment is shared and an indication is added in the environments list.

When another user shares their environment with you, you can see it below the owner's name in your list. If an environment shared with you contains a private variable, the value is empty and you need to add your own.
