Talend Cloud API Tester allows you to share projects with other users and/or groups of users.

Users and user groups are managed in Talend Cloud Management Console. For more information, see the Talend Cloud Management Console User Guide.

Procedure

  1. From the REQUESTS or SCENARIOS view, click the button to the right of the project and click Share.
  2. Choose the user or user group to share the project with and click the + button to the right of the name.
  3. Repeat with as many users and/or groups as necessary, then click SHARE.

Results

When the project is shared, the icon to the left of the project name is modified.

If another user shares a project with you, a new drive with the user's name appears below MY DRIVE. This new drive contains all the projects that this user is sharing with you.
