Discovering the meaning of a report field - Cloud

Run a semantic definition analysis for the Email Address report field.

1. Open the details page of the Email Address field.
2. Click the Semantic Flow tab.
3. In the Type field, select Definition.

   In the List view, you can see Talend Data Catalog has detected an inferred relationship between the report field and the Email Address term of ACME glossary.

   
4. Click Edit Documentation to turn the Inferred relationship into Term.
   
5. Click Add for Email address - Inferred to link the glossary term to the report field.
6. Close the dialog box.
