About this task

Important: Switching from advanced to basic mode erases the rule definition. If you want to use both modes, it is recommended to create and define the rule in basic mode, save it and switch to advanced mode.

Procedure

  1. Log in as a rule manager.
  2. In the left panel, click Data quality rules.
  3. Create a rule or edit an existing one.
  4. Click Save. When switching from basic to advanced, it prevents from erasing your changes.
  5. Select Basic or Advanced on the right.
