Campaign owners can define due dates when creating or editing campaigns or when loading tasks in the campaign using a Talend Job. However, it is also possible to define or modify due dates from the task list after loading the tasks in the campaign.

This helps you track the most urgent tasks in the campaign and ensure that you respect the Service-Level Agreement (SLAs) for task resolution.

Due dates are always rendered in the local time zone of users. When tasks are not resolved before the due dates, the due date values are displayed in red in the Due date column in the task list.
