You can configure Talend Cloud Management Console to send you email notifications if certain events occur.

Different types of notifications are available depending on the roles assigned to you. If an event is workspace related, in addition to the roles, you also need the Executor or the Viewer workspace permission to receive the notifications.
Roles Notifications Notifications requiring workspace permissions
Environment Administrator
  • Custom workspace has been deleted
  • Custom workspace has been created
  • Plan execution has failed (all plans within account)
  • Plan has been successfully executed (all plans within account)
  • Task execution has failed (all tasks within account)
  • Task has successfully run (all tasks within account)
  • Task ran with rejected rows (all tasks within account)
Infrastructure Administrator
  • Remote engine has been deleted
  • Remote engine has been created
  • Plan execution has failed (all plans within account)
  • Plan has been successfully executed (all plans within account)
  • Task execution has failed (all tasks within account)
  • Task has successfully run (all tasks within account)
  • Task ran with rejected rows (all tasks within account)
  • Remote engine has been deleted (if this engine has been assigned to the workspace)
  • Remote engine has been created (if this engine has been assigned to the workspace)
Project Administrator N/A
  • Plan execution has failed (all plans within account)
  • Plan has been successfully executed (all plans within account)
  • Task execution has failed (all tasks within account)
  • Task has successfully run (all tasks within account)
  • Task ran with rejected rows (all tasks within account)
Security Administrator
  • User has been created
  • User has been deleted
  
Operator N/A
  • Plan execution has failed (my plans only)
  • Plan has been successfully executed (my plans only)
