When executing a pipeline with a Big Data Run Profile on Amazon EMR, the metrics might not be displayed in the Pipeline details panel of Talend Cloud Pipeline Designer.

Cause

The port 9005 of the Remote Engine Gen2 might not have been opened to the EMR instances.

Troubleshooting

Procedure

  1. Stop the Remote Engine Gen2.
  2. Open the port 9005 to the Amazon EMR instances.
  3. Restart the Remote Engine Gen2.
