Creating a data mapping

Before you begin

You have been assigned an object role with the Metadata Management capability.

Go to the MANAGE > Configuration.
Click the plus sign under Configuration Manager and select Data Mapping.
Enter a name and description.
Click OK.
Click the Open button.
Optionally, click the Folders tab to create a folder structure.
In the Mappings tab, click the plus sign to add a new mapping.
Select Query mapping or Bulk mapping from the drop-down list.
- If a query mapping, you must select the target tables.
- If a bulk mapping, provide a name and a description.
  You specify the target and source schemas later.
Click OK.
