Patches work for both Talend-ESB and Talend-Runtime. For more information on how to apply a patch, see the PATCH_RELEASE_NOTE.html included in the patch zip.

The term <TalendRuntimePath> is used for the directory where ESB Runtime is installed. This is typically the full path of either TESB_SE, Talend-ESB or Talend-Runtime, depending on the version of the software that is being used. Please substitute appropriately.

For TESB_SE and Talend-ESB, the Talend Runtime Container is in <TalendRuntimePath>/container, but if there are several containers, this may be actually <TalendRuntimePath>/container2, and so on. For Talend-Runtime, the Talend Runtime Container path is Talend-Runtime itself. In this document, <RuntimeContainerPath> is used to indicate the related container path.
