Before you begin

  • The data container that holds the master data you want to manage and the data model against which the master data will be validated have been selected.

About this task

To save your search criteria, complete the following:

Procedure

  1. List the data records according to a specific search criteria.

    Example

  2. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the page to open a dialog box.
  3. Select the Shared check box if you want to share this bookmark with other business users.
  4. In the Bookmark Name field, enter a name for your search criteria and then click OK to close the dialog box.
    A confirmation message pops up.
  5. Click OK to close the message.
    The current search criteria name is listed in a search bookmark list.
