Tasks have a life cycle where they pass through different states according to the workflow defined in the campaign. When data stewards finalize modifying the tasks and transitioning them through the states defined in the workflow, they reach the resolved state.
Accessing resolved tasks is very important to reopen them once resolved, if necessary, and send them back to the initial state in the workflow.
Before you begin
- On the TASKS page, click the name of the campaign you want to open.
On the menu bar, use the combinations
and to open the list of the resolved tasks.
- Select one or more tasks and click TASK in the right panel.
- Reopen the tasks as outlined in Reopening tasks.
