Manage the automatic scheduling of predefined operation execution, such as importing metadata, sending glossary workflow notifications, or running database maintenance.

Once you have added the task to be scheduled, you cannot modify it.

Depending of the content selected in the Object field, you can run the following operations:
Operation Description
Convert to database Converts a physical data model to a database model.
Delete operation logs and files Deletes completed operations, their logs older than a specified number of days, and the files generated by the operations.

You cannot delete the original import operation log of versions available in the repository. They are automatically deleted when you delete their versions.

To delete logs of failed operations, select the Failed only check box. To delete logs of successful and failed operations, clear this check box.

Delete system log Deletes the system logs older than a specified number of days.
Delete unused versions Deletes a version of a model if this version is not used in a version of the configuration and if the version has been imported more than an hour and before a specified number of days.
Import external users Updates the users from conf/UserDirectory.csv. You need to copy the template file from the Templates directory and populate the CSV file.

It merges existing users, removes users who are not part of the file and creates new users.
