Aligns a string to the right
Note: This feature is available only if you have installed the R2020-09 Studio
monthly update or a later one delivered by Talend. For more information, check with
your administrator.
The RightAlign function allows you to align a string to the right in a field in a flat output file.
Arguments
| Input value | Specify the input value to process. |
Properties
| Field Max Length | Enter the maximum length of the field. By default, it is the value of Size Max for the target map element, except when it is set to -1. In that case, the Field Max Length is 10 by default. This property is also available as an argument. If you specify both, the argument value is used and the property value is ignored. |
