Symptoms: When you run the tesb:stop-sam or tesb:stop-el-default command to stop the SAM Server, the Event Logging Server will also fail to send Events to the Event DB in case the Embedded DB is used.

Workaround: Either use only the Event Logging Server to also store SAM Events to the SAM DB and do not use/start the SAM Server at all, or use an external database.
