Campaign owners and data stewards can add comments on tasks to enhance collaboration in the process of task analysis and curation.
You can add comments on any attribute in the task list to ask questions, provide additional information or track collaboration and feedback. All participants who have the right to access the task list can see the comments and can filter on the tasks which have comments.
You can add comments on tasks whether they are:
- Assigned or unassigned
- In the New or To Validate state in the workflow
You can not add comments on resolved tasks or on metadata columns. Comments are not saved in the task history.
