When you access Talend MDM Web User Interface for the first time, you are prompted to set the license key.

Prerequisite(s): The MDM server is already launched. You have your authentication information to log in to Talend MDM Web User Interface. You have already received your license key from a Talend representative.

To set the license key or check/edit the license parameters, complete the following:

  1. On the Menu panel, click Administration and then click License to open the [License] page.

  2. Click Edit license key to set a new license.

A popup opens prompting you to browse to your license key.

  3. Browse to your license key using the Browse... button, and then click OK to close the popup.

The MDM server contacts Talend licensing server to download a validation token, this may take a second or two. A progress information bar displays, and then if everything goes well, your license parameters display in the corresponding fields in the [License] page.
