You can modify the user list display to arrange the user records in an ascending or descending order. You can also choose to show/hide one or more columns in the user list according to your needs.

Prerequisite(s): The MDM server is already launched. You must be logged in as an administrator or a user who has Read & Write access to the Manage Users menu.

Note

Make sure that you have selected:

-the data container that holds the master data you want to give access to,

-the data model against which the master data will be validated.

To modify the user list display, do the following:

  1. On the Menu panel, click Manage Users to open the users page.

  2. Move your pointer over the appropriate column heading.

    An arrow appears at the right hand side of the column.

  3. Click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending depending on the order you prefer.

    The records are organized accordingly.

  4. Click the arrow.

    A drop-down list appears.

You can also choose to show or hide any given column:

  1. Move your pointer over any of the column headings.

    An arrow appears.

  2. Click the arrow.

    A drop-down list appears.

  3. In the drop-down list, move the pointer over Columns.

    A list of all the columns appears.

  4. Select/clear the check boxes next to the column name(s) you want to show/hide from the user list.

    The columns are either added or removed from the user list accordingly.
