If you log into the web portal and choose to be a Bonita administrator, you can assign or unassign tasks, view open or archived cases, or check processes according to the option you selected from BPM.
To assign a workflow task as a Bonita administrator, do the following:
Log into the Bonita BPM web portal page as the Web UI administrator, and choose Administrator from the upper right corner.
Select Tasks from BPM to refresh the list of workflow tasks in pending status.
Select the check box of the task you want to assign to a specific user, and then click ASSIGN.
In the dialog box that pops up, select a user with appropriate user authorization and access rights.
In the Select a user field, you need to enter one or several characters from the user name as keywords for a fuzzy search.
Once you have made your choice, click ASSIGN to close the dialog box.
In the Comments area, it shows that the task is now assigned to the specific user.
After selecting Tasks from BPM, you can also click Done on the left panel to display all the tasks that have been finished successfully.
