Drag and drop shortcuts available in Talend Studio

You can drag and drop database connections and tables from the Metadata node of the Repository tree view to the design workspace.

The following drag and drop shortcuts are available in Talend Studio:

Drag and drop a connection

Open the Components dialog to select the component you want to create.

Drag and drop a table or a connection + Ctrl

Drag and drop a table or a connection + fn (on macOS)

Create the output component (for example, tMysqlOutput).

This shortcut is not available in all wizards.

Drag and drop a table or connection + Ctrl + Shift

Drag and drop a table or a connection + Ctrl (on macOS)

Create the input component (for example, tMysqlInput).

This shortcut is not available in all wizards.
