You can create as many users as necessary.

Before you begin

You have signed in as a user assigned to the Administrators or Security Administrators group.


  1. Go to MANAGE > Users.
  2. In the Authentication field of the toolbar, select an authentication mode from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Add.
  4. In New User, fill in the user's information.
    Field Description
    Username Type in a username.
    Password Type in a password for this account.
    Full Name Type in the user's first and last names.
    Email Type in the email.
    Description Enter a description.
    Groups Drag and drop one or more group(s) from the Groups list to Selected groups.
    Steward Select the Steward check box to include this user in the list of stewards.
  5. Click Create.
