You can grant a group or a user access to a configuration by assigning them security roles.

The security roles that you set for a configuration apply to the configuration, not its content. Each model in the configuration has its own security role assignments.

Before you begin

You have signed in as a user assigned to the Administrators or Security Administrators group.

Procedure

  1. Go to MANAGE > Repository.
  2. Right-click the configuration.
  3. Select Edit Security.
  4. For each security role, select a user or a group from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Save.
