BRIDGE DOCUMENTATION
IMPORTING FROM HIVE METASTORE

This bridge establishes a connection to the Hive WebHCat servers to extract the physical metadata.
It is critical that the parameters are filled correctly to satisfy the local connection requirements on the client workstation that is running the bridge. Please refer to the individual parameter's tool tips for more detailed examples.

Database Description: you can specify a list of databases to import.
When the list is empty all available databases are imported.
The list can have one or more database names separated by semicolons (e.g. database1; database2).

Http client location Enter the directory containing the Apache HTTP Client lilbraries or left it blank if all required jars are located in the '${MODEL_BRIDGE_HOME}/java/rest' directory DIRECTORY
