On the stewardship console, you can choose to sort the tasks alphabetically in an ascending or descending order. You can also decide what columns to show/hide in the list.
Prerequisite(s): You have logged in to Talend Data Stewardship Console. More than one task is listed in your task list.
To order the task list according to specific criteria, complete the following:
In the task list, move the pointer over a column name and click on the arrow which appears.
A drop-down list displays.
In the drop-down list, select:
arrange the task list in an ascending order
arrange the task list in an descending order
display a drop-down list where you can select/clear the check box next to the column(s) you want to show/hide
To show or hide any of the columns in the task list, complete the following:
Move the pointer over any of the column headings and click on the arrow.
A drop down menu appears.
Place the pointer on Columns.
A list of all the column names appears.
All of the visible columns have their corresponding check boxes selected in the list. Select or clear the check boxes next to the name of the column, according to the view you want to create.
