Before being able to assign a task one or more tags, you need to create these tags.
Prerequisite(s): You have logged in to Talend Data Stewardship Console.
To create hierarchical and multi-level categories of tags, complete the following:
In the Task Navigator panel, expand the Tags node and then click Manage Tags.
The [Manage Tags] dialog box displays.
Right-click the RootTag folder and select Insert tag from the contextual menu.
A new folder is listed below the selected one labeled as new Tag.
Double-click the new folder and replace the existing text with the name you want to give to this new tag, SAP in this example.
The new tag is listed under the RootTag folder.
Repeat the operation to create as many level-one tags as necessary.
Right-click any of the first-level tags and in the same way create as many second-level tags as needed.
Repeat the operation to create as many different level tags as needed.
The Task Navigator shows a tree view of the created tags under the RootTag folder.
You can now assign any of these tags to any of the tasks in the task list. For further information, see How to assign a tag to a task.
