You can customize the view of the task execution monitoring list to restrict the number of the tasks to be displayed according to different criteria. You can also show/hide one or more columns in the execution monitoring list.
On the Execution History page, click the drop-down arrow next to any of the column names to show the list options.
In the drop-down list, select:
Arrange the list in an ascending order.
Arrange the list in an descending order.
Display a drop-down list where you can select/clear the check boxes next to the column name(s) you need to show/hide.
Filter the execution history information to display tasks according to criteria relative to each column.
